Platform Terms
Last updated May 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the cordn platform and all applications within the cordn ecosystem.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any cordn platform, application, or experience, you agree to be bound by these Platform Terms. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Use of the Platform
cordn provides a suite of coordination tools, event applications, and connected experiences. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse platform features, circumvent access controls, reverse engineer platform components, or use the platform in any way that could harm cordn, its users, or third parties.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account in good standing, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issues. cordn is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
Customer & Organizer Responsibilities
Customers, event organizers, and administrators who deploy cordn applications are responsible for configuring their deployments appropriately, communicating relevant policies to participants, and ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable laws. cordn provides platform infrastructure — the organizing party assumes responsibility for the operational context in which that infrastructure is used.
AI-Generated Content
Certain cordn experiences produce AI-assisted or generated outputs including visual transformations, automated content, and interactive media. These outputs are generated programmatically and may not reflect the views of cordn. You retain responsibility for any content you submit as input. cordn does not claim ownership of user-submitted content but may process it to deliver the requested experience.
Availability & Changes
We operate the platform on a commercially reasonable basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent feature continuity. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, applications, or aspects of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance where practical.
Intellectual Property
The cordn platform, its design, branding, software, and associated technology are owned by Coordinate, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to cordn's trademarks, trade dress, proprietary technology, or platform infrastructure beyond the limited license to use the platform as described herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cordn and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you, if any, for access to the applicable service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coordinate, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as applicable.
