Overview
cordn is a coordination platform built for teams, events, and connected experiences. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle information across the cordn platform and its applications. By accessing or using any cordn product, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as account registration details, contact information, and content submitted through platform features. We also collect information generated through your use of the platform, including usage patterns, session data, device information, and interactions with platform features. Event organizers and administrators may provide additional participant or operational data as part of configuring and running experiences on the platform.
Platform Access & Permissions
Access to information within cordn applications is generally scoped according to organizational roles, permissions, and operational responsibilities. Platform administrators and event organizers may control what information is visible to participants, collaborators, or guests within a given application or experience. cordn does not override access controls established by the organizing party.
AI & Generated Content
Some cordn experiences generate transformed, AI-assisted, or automated content based on user submissions, prompts, or event configurations. This may include visual transformations, generated assets, personalized outputs, or AI-enhanced media. Generated content is associated with the session or event context in which it was created and is subject to the retention and visibility settings configured for that experience.
Event & Organizer Responsibility
Certain cordn applications are configured and operated by event organizers, administrators, or customer teams. Those parties may control attendee communications, retention settings, access permissions, and shared content visibility. cordn provides the platform infrastructure — the organizing party is responsible for appropriate use within their event or deployment context. Participants should direct data requests related to a specific event to the organizer of that event.
Media & Photo Booth Experiences
Certain experiences, including AI Photo Booth activations, are designed to minimize long-term retention of original uploaded images. Event organizers may configure retention periods for generated content, galleries, and participant data depending on the needs of the experience. We do not use original submitted photos to train AI models. Generated outputs are created ephemerally and stored only as needed to deliver the experience.
Analytics & Diagnostics
We may collect operational, engagement, diagnostic, and usage information to improve platform reliability, experience quality, and product performance. This data is used internally and is not sold to third parties. Aggregate or anonymized analytics may be used to inform product decisions, measure feature adoption, and understand platform health.
Data Retention
Retention periods may vary depending on the application, event configuration, operational requirements, and customer settings. Account data is retained for the duration of an active relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly. We will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements and our operational capabilities.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect platform data and access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. We encourage users to protect their credentials and report any suspected security concerns to us promptly.
